Meet Our Founders
Omar Falaneh and Barra Abousalem grew up as childhood friends. They always knew they wanted to own a business someday together. After graduating from college with degrees in finance and civil engineering, each of the men took jobs in their respective industries while yearning for more.
While on vacation, Omar and Barra sampled a savory bubble waffle, and inspiration struck. They theorized that a sweeter version would perfectly complement an ice cream treat, and the Eiffel Waffle concept was born. During extensive research and development of flavors and recipes, the duo noticed that upside-down bubble cones looked like towers, hence the name Eiffel Waffle.
They opened their first Eiffel Waffle shop in 2021, with five more following. The brand has received extensive media recognition from numerous local media outlets and has gained a loyal customer following.

Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to cultivate an exciting local business. We seek high-energy, personable professionals who are confident with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. You are a great fit if you are passionate about our brand and focused on customer service.
Individuals with solid management experience, staff supervisory skills, and prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience are a big plus. However, if you are an investor without restaurant experience, connect with us. We have both single-unit and multiple-location opportunities available.
We recommend that our potential new owners have a FICO score of 750, a minimum liquidity of $85,000, and a minimum net worth of $415,000 or more.

A typical Eiffel Waffle shop will occupy 1,000 to 1,500 square feet of space and should ideally be located in a strip center near residential areas or in local downtown centers, with high pedestrian traffic, and indoor and outdoor patio seating.
