Someone with business and staff management experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry, is an excellent fit for Eiffel Waffle. Friendly, outgoing individuals passionate about the brand and investors are also welcome to learn more about franchising with Eiffel Waffle. Rest assured, no matter your background or experience, we’ll provide you the support and training you need to open a waffle shop and operate it confidently.

Franchisees and store managers (up to two people) will spend five days learning everything about the business, including management, menu item preparation, kitchen procedures, front-of-the-house procedures, ordering inventory, working with suppliers, using the POS system, customer service, Eiffel Waffle’s culture and philosophies, day-to-day operations, marketing and promotion strategies, recordkeeping requirements, reporting requirements, staffing, and other administrative issues. The cost of your instructors and training materials for up to two people is included in the Initial Franchise Fee, in accordance with Paragraph 7 of Item 11 of the FDD and Section 7.1 of the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, an Eiffel Waffle representative will spend up to four days training and guiding you at your location two days before opening. You can also expect email and phone support whenever you need it. You are never alone, as you open a waffle shop and build a deliciously fun business.

The estimated initial investment to begin operations ranges from $264,910 to $387,686. This includes a $40,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s crucial to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages. You should have a minimum of $85,000 in liquid capital and a minimum net worth of $415,000 or greater.

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer you to financing resources on a case-by-case basis.

We collect a royalty fee equal to 6% of gross revenues. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, recipes, and systems upgrades. Please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for a complete list of fees and requirements.

Franchise owners will be required to spend the greater of 4% or $2,500 a month on local marketing. The franchisor will determine how this requirement will be split between contributions to the brand development fund and to be spent by the franchisees in their territories.

The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.​
